(heat pump) apparatus that extracts heat from a liquid that is at a higher temperature than its surroundings; can be used to transfer heat from a reservoir outside in order to heat a building


A device that transfers heat from a colder area to a hotter area by using mechanical energy, as in a refrigerator


(HEAT PUMP) A product that works just like an air conditioner is cooling mode; however, in heating mode, the refrigerant flow is reversed and heat is extracted from the outside air to heat your home.


(Heat Pump) A refrigerating system employed to transfer heat into or out of a space. The condenser provides the heat while the evaporator is arranged to pick up heat from air, water, etc. By shifting the flow of air or other fluid a heat pump system may also be used to cool the space.
